This is a 17’ long olive wood burl mantle I built all in one piece . It is all 3/4” veneered mdf with all mitre fold joints and matching mirror doors above on automatic door openers. Matle was installed by my friend Blaine..

I was just happy to get it in in one piece without breaking , lol… I’m really not a big fan of the dark stain , not my choice ..

This is great! I think the dark color was necessary to contrast the lighter stone wall behind it, it creates some very interesting shapes that would have otherwise been lost. This is very impressive. thanks for sharing.

i think it took 8 of us to get it up to the second floor.
