These are the minis. They are about 4” long etc.

They are made from pine.

I split a 1 by 6 vertically and then cut them stacked as a double only to retain some accuracy.

The belt sander really helps to make the pieces the same.

I have made up a jig for assembly. It is still as difficult as making the full sized ones.

They are fun to make. I reinforce the leg connections with pegs up from the bottom. The rockers are also pegged. I use bamboo barbeque skewers for the rocker pegs and hardwood toothpicks for the leg pegs. That way they are still quite strong and metaL free. In the picture they are all totally unfinished.

A few will get the torch effect and a few will remain as is.
