I made this desk in curly cherry for a Major. This was a simple and fun project.

Curly cherry is beautiful. Great job! You say it was “simple” in your desc. but it looks like you put a lot of hard work into your project.

Simple is an understatement. Fantastic is a better description. Very well done.

Thank you for your comments. It is simple looking but 10% of the elements took 90% of the time. (-:

A beautiful desk. The design may have been simple but the craftsmanship is very precise. That curly cherry is really special!

Beautiful desk Jose, I like the dove tailing on the hutch, did you do them by hand or router. I am a power tool woodworker myself not too good with hand tools…...keep up the great work.

Wow! Fine looking desk. The curly cherry is just gorgeous as well as the dovetails. Great design and love the handles.
