I made this raccoon picture from 1/8” birch. I had this 11” x 14” frame that I purchased from Hobby Lobby a few months earlier. I painted the picture sample that comes with the frame black and placed under my cut picture then of

course placed the cardboard backing in place. This picture is a Sheila Landry design and is called “Hanging Around”.

I like that a lot . What tools do you use to do something like that. Besides the scroll saw
of course. Just some sanding ?

Yes, I scrolled it out, sanded and placed in frame.

Nice job Nancy and way to go on recycling the background. I never thought of painting the inserts that come with some of the frames. Do you ever make your own frames?
