Grandson Sign – The Grandkids are here this summer and I wanted to start the summer off with some woodworking so I thought I would get my 13 year old grandson to use my new Rockler Interlock Signmaker’s Template and cut out his name on a piece of scrape pine. No he wanted to cut out a Bible verse to hang up in his room. I am proud of him since I think he did a real good job.

I like the four fingers at each of the sides even better, a sign of a skiller router operator has been at work!

Way to go, Granddad. It’s good to start ‘em out early and I know that you must really be proud of him.

I’m more impressed about his choice of clothing….WAR EAGLE!!! I’m from Birmingham…transplanted in Virginia due to miliary….24+ years away from home but I can feel a difference when I cross the state line entering back in Alabama.

My grandsons are still little, age 4 and almost 2. We have enjoyed putting together some stuff with glue and screws from wood scraps. I can’t wait till we can do more together.

Not sure what’s more impressive – the work, or the saying.

You’re right to be proud.
