Now that you’ve finished some amazing looking countertops, how hard would you say that project is? We are about to demo our kitchen and start over after removing a wall. I’m concerned about going a couple months without counters since that’s the wait on granite in this area. I have thought about building some semi-temporary counters out of wood. I would not use anything as nice as hickory of course though. The only other options is to through some MDF or plywood down while we wait.
