I made this box as a gift for my Dentist who helps keep my bank account lean. It represents the Frank Lloyd Wright style. The plans came from an article in wood magazine. The wood is Padauk and maple. The finish is mylands sanding sealer,(#@$##%&**)=Indicates difficulty in brushing a smooth coating. Topcoat is Deft gloss lacquer. comments always welcome. Thanks for looking.

I think Frank would be proud. Great job.

This box is quite unusual and nicely done.

Cool box! Great design and use of beautiful contrasting woods. The finish is flawless. I’m sure your dentist will love it.

Very nice execution of the design, Jim! When I saw that article, I decided to add that to my to do list.
