Recycling : Pastirma press machine from pallet and scrap wood

According to my blog “pastirma for dummies” I need to press the meat for 3 days. So I make a press machine form pallets and scrap wood. I make 2 wooden box for meat and I will do the same for cheese. I know its an ugly machine but the product pastirma is delicious …..

That aint ugly, looks like a very good usable tool. a design like that could be used for any number of applications

It’s not ugly at all. Very neat and cool press machine. I’m sure it perfectly works.
