I made this over the winter as well. Its made of pine and just basic dado and groove construction. Both were easy and quick builds. Definitely making a few more to sell.

The finish is a Benjamin Moore solid deck stain i use on my outdoor projects. Then two coats of General Finishes satin Enduro-Var.

I need to do something similar…. our primary entry (mud room) has umpteen pairs of shoes and boots piled all over creation.

This would solve that! You could even make boxes or drawers for the openings.

Great looking and well crafted pieces! Like the design and the paint as well. I’m sure they’ll get plenty of use and will last long.
