Oak desk for my daughter. Painted with General Finish Lamp Black Milk Paint (yea I know its not real Milk Paint) and Enduro Clear Poly. Used my EarlEx 5500 HVLP to spray made the job easy.

Nice. Did you use oak for the grain pattern under the paint? Is that left part lower than the right for expandability or is there another reason?

I like L shaped desks the most. They offer a lot more functionality in my opinion with less movement by the user. Have you tried ebonizing oak? There is a mixture that will react with the tannin in oak and turn it a beautiful solid black giving it the apearance of oak.

Sleek and neat desk! Like the design and the paint job as well as the hardware used. Love the minimalist look. Well done!
