Made from the same piece of water oak as the Pig and cross, I made the Shepard’s staff for my Father-in-law. Just like the others, it was shaped with coping saw and copious amounts of sanding. I burned the verse into the wood with my cheap burner. Two coats of polyurethane finished it off. Never mind the Chuck Norris shirt I am wearing in the picture.

Very nice and simple!!! I love making ornaments too. I like the simple ones and love to put scripture on them too especially just the reference because it leads people to look it up in their bibles themselves. Christmas ornaments can be hung up all year long, in windows, in cars, even on trees haha! Again really nice work!!

Simple but a meaningful and special gift to loved ones. Great job!
