This is m version of a sushi tray. Materials are natural and amber olred single ply 3/4” bamboo plywood. Joiner includes running dovetail for the feet and splines on the edges to prevent shearing of te curved top. Cutting of the curved top and dovetail slot was done on a cnc machine. I’m not sure what finish to apply. I need something that will survive being clened in a dishwasher

I don’t think any wood finish would survive the dishwasher. Something that beautiful should be cleaned lovingly with soap and water.

I agree with Jeremy – wood and dishwashers don’t go together well. Having said that, the only thing that I see wrong with your Sushi tray is that it is empty, no Sushi on it :-)
