Thanks lew and jack1 for your kind comments, l have wanted a large assembly table for some time a few years now. Having it 4×8 ft l can have a few projects on the go at the same time, mainly built it this big l build allot of shelves. Going to put holes in top across the 48 inches at 24’’, 30’’, 36’’ and put 1’’ dowels in at above measurements the dowels will support shelf sides as l assemble them. The shelf below is 43’’ wide x 87’’ long and 18’’ high holds miter saws, disc/belt sanding machine, 4-5 large tools boxes and 3 of these rotating mail holdersa each one has plastic jar type containers these thing rotate around and can unscrewe the jar type container holds screws, nuts, hardware etc very nice my son bought me 3 of them.
thanks again for nice commentsjim
