This is a project i finished about a year ago. i figured i would do a test as my first posted project.
this is a pair of pieces that i built for myself. it was a bit of a “off seat of my pants” design. the pedestals are walnut with a maple spline at the miter. the top is birdseye maple. I am really happy with the outcome.

I find it to be a very interesting design; almost a “Craftsman” or Frank Loyd Wright feel to them.
Nice work Nick!

The through spline at the leg “bend” is a really nice detail.

I like the spline – definitely makes the table unique.
Welcome to LJ’s you’ll like this place. But be warned – it’s a bit addictive. :-)
