Project Information

This is a small jewelry chest I made out of cherry for the Del Mar Fair this year. Lots of handcut dovetails, most fun was doing the bottom curves with my coping saw and a file. Trying to turn two knobs to match was a pain but the end result I feel was worth it.

Congrats on your piece being shown in the new fine woodworking mag. I was inspired by your box that I started making one myself a couple of month ago for a Christmas present.
