Finally built a toolbox to haul my tools around when needed. Inspired by Mafe like a few others I have seen on here. Pretty basic build, 1×12 pine from big box store, nailed together. Lid was pretty warped so clamps, glue and learned how to cinch nails…now it sits flat. Added a sliding tray for small items. Usually these are left bare wood but i decided to stain with mahogany stain followed by a coat of poly. Measurements are 12”hx11”wx36”l.

The stain really works with this, I’m surprised.

Nicely done. I’m going to have to make one of these soon.

Looks good. I need to make a couple for shop and sawmill.

-- Mother Nature created it, I just assemble it.
