This project is from a few years ago and is actually the second crib I built. The first was stolen when my moving truck was stolen on my way to North Carolina.

This crib was built for my second son after I moved back to California. It’s made from inexpensive Home Depot Red Oak. The leg / feet were factory made and I attached them to the corner posts. The crib hardware was purchased from an online store. The crib was designed around the dimensions of this hardware.

Nice job on the crib, I hate that your first one was stolen. Oh just one point, I would never say that the Red Oak at Home Depot is inexpensive. :)
