Built Another Celtic knot board for my girlfriends cousin and his wife. The boards made from walnut strips, maple for the background pieces, and ash for the accent colours. The board measures 21”x 21” x 7/8”. There are 5 non skid pads on the bottom to prevent moving and protect the counter tops. The board is finished with 3 coats of mineral oil and 3 coats of bees wax.

Beautiful board Mike… Was considering one of the Qbert 3D’s for my next board but you have me strongly debating! Great work… Thanks for sharing…

thanks guys. I also enjoy making the 3d boards. I’ve made quite a few of them, but having been dragging my feet in posting them. Been busy with people asking me to make humungous end grain counter tops lately.
