This project was another Christmas present for my granddaughter. Made 100% out of rough hickory lumber that was spalted. No mechanical fasteners. It is joined together with bisquits, dowels and wood glue. As you can see no project can be assembled without plenty of clamps (my favorite tool). Table was carefully created with a roundover bit to outline it then a flat bit to carve the rest out. Finish is just gloss water based poly to let the natural colors of the hickory to show through.
