This is my first end grain Board made from Walnut, Padauk, Purple Heart, Maple, & Cherry. I learned a lot making this project so it required several “design changes” along the way. Unlike other boards I have built, this board gets used on a regular basis, I am surprised at how well the end grain holds up against the regular everyday use. The finish is Howard’s Butcher Block Conditioner, I use tite bond 3 on all my projects, food safe & waterproof. Dimensions are at 1” thick 10” x 12”................................Jack
