Dump Truck

This is a dump truck I made from bloodwood and maple. I followed plans from a magazine, but decided to use my CNC to make my own wheels from a baseball bat blank. Not bad for my first try. I used a laser engraver on the grill and bumper to personalize it.

Nice job, I like it. Great work with the wheels and license plate.

G’day Jim,
That’s one very clever and good looking truck.
You’ve used the technology of the fancy machine to do a top job, well done.

Joe1045, I have torn my whole house apart looking for that magazine and can’t seem to locate it anywhere. I am pretty sure I picked it up in an airport during my travels. I’ve searched google and bing and can’t seem to locate it…very frustrating! I may have left the magazine at work though…if anyone else knows what magazine this truck came from I’d like to be reminded as well. I’ll keep searching…sigh!
