Frame made for a good friend and artist who made a dry copperplate print as a remembering piece for his late wife. It had to be very warn down, rough and randomly shaped. It’s made as a new frame, than burned, and treated with epoxy to keep it strong and dust free. I used old nails, pieces of zinc and steel wire to get to this look. The framing itself was done accordingly to the normal standards (shop policy) so with special float glass including UV protection, acid free passepartout, back and moldings.
