Made this step stool for my 22 month old son to use in the bathroom and around the house. He has already enjoyed using it even before I had it painted. The top step has hinges on the back to be used as a storage box for toys.

I made the exact same thing for my 2 grandkids. They are made from maple plywood, hickory treads and walnut trim. I don’t have it trimmed because they would be way too heavy. They hang out in their bathroom so they can reach the sink. I painted one blue and the other pink with a watered down latex paint. All the wood was scrap. Good job!
