Desk from catalog

This desk was inspired by a picture from a catalog my customer handed to me. Not sure which one. She asked if I could make this for her daughter. The “A” frames are made from MDF and painted a bright white. She wanted it to match her bed and chair. The top is Aspen and was stained a blue-gray. The original table from the ctalog had chrome “A” frames and a glass top. The MDF is heavy which makes the desk feel substantial yet appears to be light. The added weight makes the desk feel solid for everyday use. Pictures provided by the customer’s daughter. She loves it and her sister has asked for a desk to be designed for her as well.
Thanks for looking,
Fred

It’s very simple but still attractive and functional. Nice work.
