This is my Cinderella rocking cradle. She is elaborately carved with roses. There is a way to stop the rocker from rocking by pulling down the board attached to the rocker that levels it off. The board is held up with velcro, and is on a hinge. I have included some pictures of how I carved the roses. I use a hand held rotary tool and a 5/16” carving bit. This is an easy and time efficient way to carve.

Very nice crib. I really like the overall design and look. The carving looks great, can you include some close-up of the carving. I also like the flip down bard that will keep it from rocking. That is a great idea. You could also use some inset small magnets to hold it up in lieu of Velcro.

Pretty and well crafted cradle! The carved roses made great accents. Great job!
