Hi people. My name is David I live in Puerto Rico and this is my first project. I’m a wood working hobbyist with not much skills or tools. I’ve done quite some woodworking around for myself and some friends, but this is my first decent, post-able and finished project Ive done so far (to my understanding, it could be the worse). I really admire all you guys around here for your remarkable talents and creativity.

I had this space in my car parking area that was all cluttered and everything was visible. It was supposed to be closed with accordion steel doors for storage as I planned, but $600 was money I didn’t have, so I decided to close it with wood as I could build it it myself. I used Fir 2×4 for the frame, door and plywood for greater areas as you can see. I got motivated to build the door when I saw a couple lumberjock projects on building doors. I took the simple path as it was my first and I think it went pretty well. Hope you like it.

David

Much thriftier solution than spending $600 on steel doors! I like it.

Looks great and less expensive storage! Nice design and well installed.
