My boat

This was the boat I built out of 1/4 inch plywood and fiberglass. The finished product has my 16 year old son in it. Last year it was just a row boat but my wife bought me a trolling motor for this summer if the lakes ever thaw.

Did you follow a plan or just wing it? Does the fiberglass coat the whole bottom. Is that white paint or fiberglass? What holds the seams together. I have always wanted to build a boat. Sincerely Eugenie

”If the lakes ever thaw”

Wow. Frozen lakes are something we never think about in Texas. Looks like a nice boat.

Well done.
Appears to be stitch an glue but I haven’t seen that form of scarf joint before.
Can you elaborate?
