This little project was fun. I built all you see here from scraps of PT that was left over from a deck I built. The furniture, house and accessories by me, and the draperies, doll clothing and bedding were done by the lovely and talented Mrs Buckethead. I simply applied framing techniques on a smaller scale. Photography by my better half as well. In fact, she makes everything in my life more beautiful than it would have otherwise been. Thanks, honey!

Very cute. There isn’t a little girl in the world that wouldn’t love to have that.

That is an awesome doll house. Love the rustic look, which I’m sure took extra effort. Very appealing.

Thanks for the kind words. We all love when others appreciate our efforts. My wife has a hobby which includes making doll clothing, so in her e-world, this project was the center of much adoration. I would be lying if I said it didn’t make me just a bit proud. ;-) Again, it was her ability to display and showcase which gives it the necessary added charm.

Super charming, I think your wife looks at the same magazines as I do. This could be in Romantic Homes Magazine.

I can’t imagine any daughter or granddaughter who wouldn’t love all of this.

Thanks Jim!

Been working on by bench for seven or eight months, and sadly, my next completed project? That’s right. A doll house.

Ahh the hazards of having four daughters.

The bucket wish list

having a daughter is an introduction into owning a life, one where if they ever asked you if you had to choose between one last breath, or their love

its where I would spend my last breath

saying I love you
