Best part of this project was I did not have to finish it. Just build and ship. Now my wife wants one. Of course she does.

Looks great what kind of wood is it made out of . Will last longer then pottery barn bench.

It is made out of poplar since they are going to paint the piece. It better last longer….and a lot cheaper.

And the best part is it’s probably built better and at only a fraction of the cost of the PB inspiration piece. Nice job.

Great design, looks great and very sturdy. That should last for many years with plenty of use.
