Hi Everyone!

Just thought I might share this. A friend of mine gave me almost a half a cube of Canadian Oak planks as he was moving factory and needed to get rid of some stock, so i decided to finally make a unit that will keep my wife off my back and a place to store all her luxury cutlery and dinner serving plates etc.
After about four weeks of sanding, laminating, screwing, cutting, laminating, staining and some more laminating, i fianally completed my project…(see pic)
it came out so nice (heavy as hell) that i decided that there is enough wood left to make a matching dining table and therefore started this weekend! Ill send pics as soon as I’m done

Good job wernie.A sideboard is a great storage piece in any room of your home.Solid oak sideboard, unlike much cheaper made sideboards, they are built to last. When looking for the perfect piece to finish off your dining area, a piece of sideboard furniture is usually a great idea.

Very lucky to have those gorgeous woods. The sideboard turned out really beautiful. Like the design and the hardware. Impressive work!
