This Cupboard was constructed in 2011 right after I retired as my first retired project. The unit is constructed of solid Mahogany and Mahogany plywood. The finish was 3 coats of shellac and 3 coats of polyurethane varnish after a light coat of oak wood stain to reduce some of the red and to match the other furniture in the room. This cupboard is the first place the grandkid heads to since it stores their favorite cookies and snacks.

Nice, impressive piece there. Certainly bigger than anything I’ve done so far.

That sure is beautiful and has lots of storage. Excellent work!
