This magazine rack was constructed in 1974 to match my end tables constructed at the same time of Solid Mahogany. The Mahogany was $300 a 1000 at the time. I built a series of Mahogany projects over the few years and the price double for each project. The finish was 3 coats of shellac and 3 coats of varnish after a coat of light oak wood stain to reduce some of the red. The magazine rack is still in use today, 39 years later.

Pretty magazine rack! Like the design especially the spindles, feet and the curves. Great job!
