My son was at a store the other day and saw a miniature Zen garden and asked if we would buy him one. Of course I said, “Heck no, I’ll make you one.” I used wood from my father’s estate so it has a personnel touch also. I believe the main wood is Peruvian Walnut with Oak corner inserts. The bottom is oak, and the rake is just birch dowels. It is finished in Tung oil with a lacquer over that. Measurements of course are TLAR (that looks about right).

OHMMMMMMMM…...OHMMMMMM…....OHmmmmmm Home on the Range where the deer and the antelope play LOL. Beautiful little Zen box. Very nicely constructed, I really like those corner keys.
