I copied this from an existing window the customer brought in. I used 8/4 soft maple and used Mortise and tenon joniery. It took about 35 hours to build.

Very nice. Are you going to put colored glass in it? Or does it already have clear.

So it is’nt that old wavy junk you can hardly see out of. I was brought up in a house over 100 y/o and I swear the only windows you could see out of were the ones we broke and had to replace. That looks like a lot of work with muttins and all. I bet you had fun. Nice looking window pain.

Nice sash work Oak. Will the sash be hung vertical or horizontal? By the way, where did you get the those nifty adjustable project stands upon which you are supporting the window?

It hangs horizontal. The project stands took hours of design and adjustment, not to mention all the special math.
