So with much thought on what to upload first I choose my favorite project to date (which is also my brides favorite) I made this specifically for our Fifth wedding anniversary.

Constructed from a single 18” 1×6 Red Oak scrap, the lid is reversible, all joinery hand cut and a tremendous amount of detail sanding. It measures 8.5” x 1.5” X 2” closed.

The last picture is a little gloating as I submitted it as a Dremel Valentines Gift Idea and won a Dremel Glue gun

Amazing. Really looks like it’s floating in thin air. Welcome to LJs.

Wonderful box! Great design especially on the name and the reversible lid. Truly a keeper!
