Had some 5/8” rock solid 50 year old plywood laying around the shop. I did a simple “L” leg design. I dont have a router, so i ripped some 1/2” ply two create the two channels for the mitre slots.

It is awesome because i dont have to fiddle around with the outfeed roller any more. Thanks for looking.

Looks great! I built similar outfeed table using L shaped plywood legs put together with pocket hole screws. It is very nice to have that support behind the saw!

you dont have a router? but i read it correctly…

will make mine soon! wow, i need that so mcuh space!

Ripping the ply was a good workaround for lacking a router. That’s what I love about woodworking; it’s all about coming up with different solutions for the problem at hand. Your shop looks great.
