Looks great. Yes, if the wife’s happy, that’s all that counts.
Be sure to post the bench. Maybe a picture of the 2 together.

Very nice farmhouse table! It’s got that beautiful rustic look that a farmhouse table should have! I’m sure you’ll enjoy many fine meals around it!

This is a great build, and something I was asked to build myself shortly so THANKS!
May I ask what finish you chose and if you would have used something different now that it’s done?

Thanks everyone for the comments. Bob I used dark walnut on this one and this was the look I was going for that my wife was wanting. The dark walnut really brought out the grain and worked well with the distress marks I put in the wood.
