This is another construction project, done with my father-in-law (that’s the guy who looks like Santa) in about a day and a half. Made for a mom of a friend of a friend who needed a ramp before she could come home. Platform plus 24’ ramp, cost about $550 in materials.

Got some good use out of that jackrabbit kit I bought from someone here. Between that and my leather tool belt, I felt like Norm himself. Should have worn flannel.

Looks super sturdy and the pitch is nice and do able for a chair. I’m sure it is appreciated.

Thanks for the kind words.
Unfortunately the woman we built this for died about a week after it was completed (about a year and a half ago). I believe she came home once in that time so the ramp was possibly used by her on that occasion.
