Here are some pens that I have made. Older ones are on the left and newer on the right. I got a pen turners pack from woodcraft and I am not sure of the types… If you know what they are please let me know.
I am not sure what the main woods are for #1 and #2, but the accent woods are redheart and maple in order. Pen #3 is osage orange or as we call it bois ‘d arc(bo-dark). #4 is walnut. #5 and #6 are mystery woods. #7 is purpleheart. Starting at #4 I started using CA glue for finishing… I really like that.

Nice work. I like the look of the quiltwork on the second from the left. Unqiue and that is what people look at and say, ahh… how much?
