First, the horse head is my first ever carving project. I’ve carved it without carving tools. using flat chisels, hamer and sanding paper. This time I made the board but I bought the pieces. Don’t ask me how long it took me to make it, it took me very long, the carving part consumed most of the time but it was enjoyable time. Would I try carving again? I’m planing for new one !! and I bought a new carving chisel set of 12 for it.
HOPE you like it.

That is an interesting piece, Sam. Your stacked block technique is intriguing. I see you’ve done some other items that way.

Weird and wonderful, I’d bring that into my castle.
Pretty good work for a novice carver.

Beautiful design, Sam, and excellent execution! You have a gift for carving and I look forward to seeing what you can do with a proper set of tools.

What does “حصان طرواده” mean?
Language?

Thank you…
