it hangs on the wall and filled with water. jerks the chain and water is poured)

So it’s some kind of “poor man’s shower” then?

OK. Fill the bucket with water, put on a shelf higher then you are. Soap yourself up and pull bucket over to rinse off, right?

Then why does only one have an overfill valve on it?
