These were great gifts given to employees as going away gifts. They were made of Mahogany Sapele; treated with Miniwax natural stain and sprayed with Miniwax gloss polyurethane. There are fice pieces of 1.8” glass; each eached seperately to give a 3D effect. I then installed Maxbrite L.E.D strips in the top and bottom, covering each strip with color film in order to give the project some color. The L.E.D’s were soldered and hardwired for in-home use.

Wow! Those things are great!

What a great way to recognize your employee’s contributions. And the fact that you made them yourself makes them extra special.

Well done!

Very cool projects! Great idea on the glasses with the 3D effect and the LED lights. They will be much appreciated.

These are beautiful, do you still make them? I would love to order these for going away gifts.

Have your say...
