Step Stool for My Daughter

Built this out of birch plywood and poplar for my daughter. It is stained with General Finishes Dark Brown water-based dye and finished with General Finishes water-based Polyacrylic. I don’t get much shop time, so it took a long time, but I’m glad she was able to finally use it for the first time tonight!

Nice. I built one similar for my grandaughter so she could brush her teeth easier.

-- Wood glue residue doesn't take a stain well.
