“The first rule of Fight Club is- you don’t talk about Fight Club. The second rule of Fight Club is- you don’t talk about Fight Club”

Tyler and Jack (Pitt and Norton) are one of the best pair of actors in recent movie history. They had a chemistry in this movie that made you believe they really were one person….......and you know, I guess they were! ;-)

I have been creating scrollworks of some of my favorite movies, and this is certainly in my top five.

This piece was cut into solid Asian Cherry – I left the edges totally raw and even a few gouges in the wood to compliment the theme of the cutting. A top live-edge completes the look.

Overall, the piece measures 17×10 and is around 3/16” thick.

When I made the pattern for this one, I “cranked up” the contrast just about to maximum in photoshop – it produced a more Gothic look and went perfect with the movie.

I will hold on to this for a while and then probably put it up for sale as I have limited wall space in my office. :-)

Awesome piece and movie. That is some serious scroll work.

Bob, your portrait making skills are top notch. You achieve such realism that I do a double take each time I see one. Great movie, and great project. Thanks for sharing!
