Yes , the basement is to be used for horses , there will be 4 stalls a wash bay and a tack room

such a waste of perfectly good shop space! now my horse side of the family is envious.. What are you going to use for the floor? From what I understand, concrete is hard on a horse. Also, how are you going to tackle drainage? Im sure youve seen a horse pee before! This or This may work for you. good luck!
