Table from project left-over wood

I had some maple left over from another project a few years back, and some time on my hands, so I made this little table for the wife. Hard maple, yellow shellac from flakes, and hardware from Rockler. Pegged the leg joints for effect, tapered the legs, made a sliding tenon for the drawer, but not sure where I got the design ideas, memory fading fast at my age.

I am truly amazed how LJ’s of your caliber can just knock out a project like this…. Great Project Thank you for sharing. I am still wanting to venture down the furnature path I suppose at some point I will get the confidence to do so.
