Made this in about 5 hours. It is 1/4” walnut. It is my first ornament. I just got a dewalt scroll saw from craigslist for cheap a few weeks ago and have loved it.

I viewed Ms. Landry’s classes here and it really helped.

Nice scroll work. I got my Dewalt off Craig’s List also. If you wish see my blog about how to add a cheap dust collection system on your saw.

Nice work. It’s very delicate.

Extremely nice. I also got my DeWalt Type I off of Craig’s List about a year ago but haven’t made time to learn how to use it yet. But I have been reading the online scroll saw classes here on LJ. So I’m getting the itch to start.

Where might I ask did you find the pattern?

Woodstock. I got the pattern free from Ms. Landry’s website. She is a pattern designer.

Have your say...
