The whole point of making this project is to keep the napkins from blowing away. Made from old pie boards, and a walnut stain with two coats of polyurethane. It took me awhile to figure out the design of the handle on the top piece, It just took awhile to make one that I liked, and a little sanding on my disk sander completed the handle. Turned out great!

Very nice project. It looks like it would be fun to make.
