A few weeks ago we made a visit to the folks and my Uncle had made my Dad a Shut the Box game. My family enjoyed it so much they requested I make one. The project was made entirely from red oak shop scraps. I picked up some felt and numbers from Michaels. I amde a video of the process here: Shut the Box. It’s a simple game to make and easy to play. Also good for young ones math skills.

Great job, and a great idea for a make-and-give project.
