This ball is made of quarter inch thick three ply bamboo plywood. Joints are splined and glued together.initial cutting of the pentagon and hexagon shapes were done with a CNC machine for convenience while the rest such as the bevelcutcuts and spline slots were done on a table saw.

Sides on the hexagons and pentagons are 50mm.the bevel on the hexagons are at 20.9 degrees. for the pentagon its 16.5 degrees
